Our services are designed for people who require assistance to successfully sustain their tenancy and create a secure, caring living environment.
We offer a distinctive approach to supported living services. Our philosophy centers on the fundamental right of every individual to grow, learn, and progress according to their unique timeline within a space they can truly call home. We are committed to encouraging, empowering, and assisting people with disabilities who aspire to live independently, enhance their life skills, and build greater self-sufficiency in their own environment.
Our team consists of a mental health nurse manager and experienced staff members who specialise in supporting vulnerable individuals and those with mental health requirements. We assist clients by promoting medication adherence, facilitating attendance at medical appointments, and helping them sustain meaningful connections with their families.
Each client gets their own personal care plan that fits their needs, and we review it every 3-6 months. Depending on how they’re doing, we might increase or reduce the support they need. We work closely with the teams who placed our clients to make sure we’re giving them the right level of care as they grow and develop.
